§ 2899-r. Penalties. 1. Nothing in this article shall be construed to\nlimit professional discipline or civil liability resulting from conduct\nin violation of this article, negligent conduct, or intentional\nmisconduct by any person.\n 2. Conduct in violation of this article shall be subject to applicable\ncriminal liability under state law, including, where appropriate and\nwithout limitation, offenses constituting homicide, forgery, coercion,\nand related offenses, or federal law.\n
