Assessment of the cost

§ 299-s. Assessment of the cost. The expense of the establishment of a\nwatershed district and of providing improvements therein, including\nmodifications, shall be assessed, levied and collected in the same\nmanner as is provided in section two hundred seventy-one of this\nchapter.\n
