Severability

§ 339-gg. Severability. If any provision of this article or any\nsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word, or the application thereof in\nany circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the\narticle and of the application of any such provision, section, sentence,\nclause, phrase or word in any other circumstances shall not be affected\nthereby.\n
