§ 343-h. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"POW-MIA Memorial Highway". All that portion of the state highway system\nlocated in Richmond county constituting route 278 from the Goethals\nbridge to the Verrazzano-Narrows bridge (Staten Island Expressway) shall\nbe designated and known as the "POW-MIA Memorial Highway".\n
