§ 4003. Organization certificate to be submitted to the\nsuperintendent. The organization certificate of a bank, trust company,\nstock-form savings bank, stock-form savings and loan association, safe\ndeposit company or investment company, executed in duplicate, shall be\nsubmitted to the superintendent at his office.\n
