§ 403-d. The New York state home for veterans in the lower-Hudson\nValley. There is hereby established a state home for veterans in the\nlower-Hudson Valley. Such home for veterans shall be subject to the\nprovisions of this article except when such provisions are inconsistent\nwith the provisions of article twenty-six-A of this chapter.\n
