Acquisition, maintenance and operation of parks, state recreational and historic facilities and services

§ 41-0105. Acquisition, maintenance and operation of parks, state\n recreational and historic facilities and services.\n The department shall, within the sixth park region, consistent with\nsection 9-0109 of this chapter, acquire, establish, maintain and operate\nparks, state recreational and historic facilities and services, and all\nthe functions, powers, duties and obligations relating thereto,\npossessed by the department immediately preceding the effective date of\nthis chapter, are hereby continued.\n
