§ 44-0117. Hudson river valley geographic information systems.\n The conservancy shall continue, update and maintain the Hudson river\nvalley geographic information system and make available information\ntherefrom to counties, cities, towns and villages within the greenway.\nThe conservancy may charge a fee for such information to cover the cost\nof providing the information.\n
