§ 46-0115. Cooperation of state agencies.\n To effectuate the purposes of this article, the commission may request\nfrom any department, board, bureau, commission or other agency of the\nstate, and the same are authorized to provide, such cooperation and\nassistance, services and data as will enable the commission properly to\ncarry out its functions thereunder.\n
