§ 5-1004. Withdrawal from a multistate voter list maintenance\norganization. Withdrawal of the state from a multistate voter list\nmaintenance organization shall require an affirmative vote of the state\nboard of elections commissioners pursuant to subdivision four of section\n3-100 of this chapter.\n
