§ 51-1105. Approval and execution of projects.\n 1. Metropolitan park, open space preservation, waterway, and trailway\nprojects shall be undertaken pursuant to this title only with the\napproval of the commissioner.\n 2. Such projects as have been approved by the commissioner shall be\nexecuted by the office in the manner provided by applicable law.\n
