§ 54-1111. State projects.\n The commissioner is authorized, within amounts appropriated, to\ndirectly undertake a coastal rehabilitation project pursuant to this\ntitle in accordance with section 1 of chapter 535 of the laws of 1945,\nas amended, or as specifically appropriated, on state lands or state\nlands underwater.\n
