§ 56-0311. Dam safety projects.\n Of the moneys received by the state from the sale of the bonds\npursuant to the Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, fifteen million\ndollars shall be used for state assistance payments to municipalities\nfor the cost of dam safety projects which have been approved by the\ncommissioner.\n
