Acceptance of monies

§ 57-0129. Acceptance of monies.\n The council may accept any grant or appropriation from federal, state\nand municipal sources and any gift for use to carry out the provisions\nof this title. Such monies shall be expended by the council to carry out\nthe provisions of this title, except that such expenditures shall not\nexceed the grants, appropriations and gifts received by the council.\n
