§ 6353. Enforcement. Any violation of this article shall constitute an\nunfair educational practice pursuant to section three hundred thirteen\nof this chapter. Any student alleging a violation of this article may\ncommence an administrative or judicial proceeding pursuant to section\nthree hundred thirteen of this chapter.\n
