§ 6908. Applicability of other laws. An insurer issuing policies of\nfinancial guaranty insurance shall be subject to all of the provisions\nof this chapter applicable to property/casualty insurers to the extent\nthat such provisions are not inconsistent with the provisions of this\narticle.\n
