§ 71-1105. Enforcement of subdivision 4 of section 15-0313.\n Any violation of subdivision 4 of section 15-0313 shall be a\nviolation, punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand eight\nhundred dollars, and in addition thereto, by a civil penalty of not more\nthan one thousand eight hundred dollars.\n
