§ 71-1121. Enforcement of subdivision 2 of section 15-1947.\n Violation of subdivision 2 of section 15-1947 shall constitute a\nviolation, punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars,\nand in addition thereto, a civil penalty of not more than fifteen\nhundred dollars.\n
