§ 71-1301. Applicability of this title.\n In addition to the provisions of sections 71-0101 and 71-0301 of this\narticle, the provisions of this title shall be applicable to the\nenforcement of article 23 of this chapter except as otherwise provided\nin article 23 of this chapter.\n
