§ 71-1901. Applicability of this title.\n In addition to the provisions of section 71-0101 and 71-0301 and title\n17 of this article, the provisions of this title shall be applicable to\nthe enforcement of titles 1 through 11 and 15 through 19 inclusive of\narticle 17.\n
