§ 72-1007. Disposition of fees.\n All fees collected pursuant to this title shall be paid into the\nmiscellaneous special revenue fund, to the credit of the mined land\nreclamation program account. Moneys in such account shall be kept\nseparately from and shall not be commingled with any other moneys in the\njoint or sole custody of the state comptroller.\n
