§ 750. County commissioner of public welfare; duties. The county\ncommissioner of public welfare shall perform the duties prescribed by\nlaw in the administration of welfare assistance. He shall perform such\nadditional and related duties as may be prescribed by law and directed\nby the board of supervisors.\n
