§ 83.43 Relation to electronic signatures in global and national\n commerce act.\n This article modifies, limits and supersedes the federal Electronic\nSignatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 7001,\net seq., but does not modify, limit or supersede Section 101(c) of such\nact, 15 U.S.C. Section 7001 (c), or authorize electronic delivery of any\nof the notices described in Section 103(b) of such act, 15 U.S.C.\nSection 7003(b).\n
