Public participation

§ 9-0809. Public participation.\n To assure that all segments of the public have an opportunity to\nparticipate in the development of the plan, the planning program will be\nconducted with a structured program of public participation. The\ndepartment shall establish procedures to keep the public informed about\nthe planning process and to provide opportunities for the public to\ncontribute to that process.\n
