Housing and nursing home accommodations for persons of low income; slum clearance

ARTICLE XVIII\n Housing\n Section 1. Subject to the provisions of this article, the legislature\nmay provide in such manner, by such means and upon such terms and\nconditions as it may prescribe for low rent housing and nursing home\naccommodations for persons of low income as defined by law, or for the\nclearance, replanning, reconstruction and rehabilitation of substandard\nand insanitary areas, or for both such purposes, and for recreational\nand other facilities incidental or appurtenant thereto.\n
