§ 86. Construction. Nothing in this article shall impair, curtail or destroy the rights of employees or their representatives to self-organization, to form, join or assist labor organizations to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing or to engage in lawful concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aids or protection.
