§ 9. Resources. All Senators shall have equitable access to the\nresources of the Senate, including, but not limited to, office supplies,\ncommunications and audio visual resources, mail privileges subject to\npublished guidelines, technology, including both hardware and software,\nand equal access to the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission's\nLegislative Retrieval System.\n
