§ 3. Petition for Consideration. a. The sponsor of any bill may file\nwith the Journal Clerk, no less than forty-five days after a bill has\nbeen referred to a committee, a petition requesting that such bill be\nmoved to the calendar for consideration. Such petition shall be filed\nwith the Journal Clerk. Once the petition is signed by at least\nthree-fifths of the members elected, the petition shall be read during\nthe order of presentation of petitions and the bill reported to the\nthird reading calendar.\n b. No petition for consideration shall be in order on or after the\nfirst Monday in June.\n
