Communications respecting bills

§ 4. Communications respecting bills. All written communications from\npublic officers and agencies of the State or local governments furnished\nto a committee, respecting a bill which has been referred to such\ncommittee, for consideration, shall be available to the introducer of\nthe bill for examination. In lieu of such examination, the chairperson\nof the committee may elect to furnish the introducer with copies of such\ncommunications.\n
