Section 1. a. The Journal. The Senate shall keep a journal of its\nproceedings and publish the same, except such parts as may require\nsecrecy. The legislative and executive proceedings of the Senate shall\neach be recorded in a separate journal.\n b. Video of Senate proceedings.
