Reintroduction

§ 8. Reintroduction. Any Senate bill introduced in the first year of\nthe term of the Senate which during that regular Legislative Session was\nnot reported from a Standing Committee or if reported and later\nrecommitted to a Standing Committee is deemed to be automatically\nreintroduced for the second year of the term of the Senate. All bills\nwhich remain on the calendar at the end of the first year of the term of\nthe Senate shall be recommitted to committee.\n
