Amendment of Rules

Section 1. Amendment of Rules. No standing Rule or order of the House\nshall be amended unless three days' notice shall have been given of the\nmotion therefor; nor shall such amendment be made unless by a vote of a\nmajority of all the members elected to the Assembly.\n
