Substitution

§ 5. Substitution. When a bill is received as a message from the\nAssembly, or at any time thereafter, and a Senate bill, identical\ntherewith, is on the order of third reading, or in the order of first or\nsecond report, the Assembly bill may be substituted for the Senate bill\nupon a vote of a majority of the Senate. A motion for such substitution\nshall be in order under the order of business of messages from the\nAssembly, motions and resolutions, or the order of business in which the\nSenate bill is.\n
