A corporation shall continuously maintain a registered agent in this state as provided by chapter 10-01.1, and if a noncommercial registered agent, then the address of the noncommercial registered agent in this state.
10-33-13. Change of registered office - Appointment or change of registered agent - Change of name of registered agent. 1. A corporation may change its registered office, change its registered agent, or state a change in the name of its registered agent as provided in chapter 10-01.1. 2. A registered agent of a corporation may resign as provided in chapter 10-01.1.
