Definitions

For purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Foreign nonprofit limited liability company" means a nonprofit limited liability company which is organized under laws other than the laws of this state for a purpose for which a nonprofit limited liability company may be organized under this chapter. 2. "Nonprofit limited liability company" means a nonprofit limited liability company, other than a foreign nonprofit limited liability company, that is organized under or governed by this chapter.
