Career development facilitation - Provisional approval

1. The department may provisionally approve an individual to serve as a career advisor if the individual: a. Holds a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education; b. Has at least a five-year employment history; and c. Provides the department with a plan for completing the department's programmatic requirements within a two-year period. 2. Provisional approval under subsection 1 is valid for a period of two years and may not be extended by the department.
