Definitions

As used in this chapter: 1. "Council" means the North Dakota ethanol council. 2. "Producer" means the owner of a facility that is located in this state and which produces annually more than one million gallons of agriculturally derived denatured ethanol that is suitable for blending with a petroleum product for use in internal combustion engines.
