Upon satisfactory evidence of the violation of any provision of this chapter relating to misrepresentation or discrimination by any insurance producer of any insurance or surety company, reciprocal, benevolent society, or any other insurance organization or association,
however constituted or entitled, the commissioner may suspend or revoke the license of the offending insurance producer.
