Definitions

For purposes of this chapter: 1. "Account" has the meaning provided in section 50-09-01. 2. "Child support" has the meaning provided in section 14-09-09.10. 3. "Child support agency" has the meaning provided in section 14-09-09.10. 4. "Financial institution" has the meaning provided in section 50-09-01. 5. "Obligee" has the meaning provided in section 14-09-09.10. 6. "Obligor" has the meaning provided in section 14-09-09.10. 7. "Past-due support" has the meaning provided in section 14-09-09.10. 8. "Vehicle" has the meaning provided in section 39-01-01. 9. "Vessel" has the meaning provided in section 20.1-01-02.
