Registration card - Issuance - Contents - Signing

Upon registering a vehicle, the department shall issue to the owner a registration card which must set forth all of the following: 1. The date issued. 2. The registration number assigned to the vehicle. 3. A description of the registered vehicle, including either serial or identification number. 4. A space for the signature of the owner. 5. The name of the owner. 6. Other statements of fact as may be determined necessary by the department.
