Election of chairman and officers - Meetings

1. Annually, the commission shall elect one member to serve as the chairman. 2. The chairman shall call all meetings of the commission and shall call a special meeting of the commission within seven days when petitioned to do so by three commission members. 3. Annually, the commission shall elect other officers, including a vice chairman and a secretary-treasurer.
