Removal of members of North Dakota board of medicine - Re-election

N.D.C.C. § 43-17-05

1. The governor for good cause shown and upon the recommendation of three-fourths of the members of the North Dakota board of medicine may remove any member of such board for misconduct, incapacity, or neglect of duty. 2. If a member of the board is consistently absent from board or committee meetings, the board may declare a vacancy. Vacancies on the board must be filled by appointment by the governor.
