As used in this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires: 1. "Board" means the North Dakota board of medicine. 2. "Licensee" means an individual who is under the jurisdiction of the board of medicine. 3. "Physician" means a person engaged in the practice of medicine in this state pursuant to the provisions of chapter 43-17.
