1. Upon filing of an application for a license, a professional employer organization shall pay a fee of one thousand dollars. 2. Upon filing of an application for renewal of a license, a professional employer organization shall pay a fee of five hundred dollars. 3. Any fees collected under this chapter must be deposited in the secretary of state's operating fund.
