State offenses - Concurrent jurisdiction ceded to the United States

(Contingent effective date - See note) Concurrent jurisdiction is hereby ceded to the United States over offenses, as defined in section 12.1-01-04, when committed within boundaries of the tracts of land designated as: 1. Theodore Roosevelt national park. 2. Fort Union trading post national historic site. 3. Knife River Indian villages national historic site.
