N.D.C.C. § 54-17.4-01

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Commission" means the North Dakota industrial commission. 2. "State geologist" means the North Dakota state geologist. 3. "Survey" means the North Dakota geological survey, a division of the department of mineral resources.
