No person may interfere with, restrain, or deny the exercise of any right provided under this chapter. In addition to any remedies otherwise provided by law, any person injured by a violation of this chapter has a claim for relief to recover any damages, together with costs and
disbursements, including reasonable attorney's fees, and may receive injunctive and other equitable relief as determined by the court.
