Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires: 1. "Cabinet" means the North Dakota commerce cabinet. 2. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of commerce. 3. "Department" means the department of commerce. 4. "Foundation" means the North Dakota economic development foundation.
