An application for registration or renewal of registration as an athlete agent must be accompanied by a fee in the following amount: 1. Two hundred fifty dollars for an initial application for registration; 2. Two hundred fifty dollars for registration based on a certificate of registration issued by another state; 3. One hundred fifty dollars for an application for renewal of registration; or 4. One hundred fifty dollars for renewal of registration based on a renewal of registration in another state.
