There is hereby declared a disaster emergency caused by dangerous wildfires and straight-line-winds beginning March 14 and continuing in the State of Oklahoma that threatens the lives and property of the people of this State and the public's peace, health, and safety. The 12 counties included in this declaration are:Cleveland, Creek, Dewey, Grady, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, Pawnee, Payne, Pottawatomie, Roger Mills, and Stephens.
Hereby continue to prohibit all state agencies, as defined by 61 O.S. § 327(A), from entering into any new, or renewing any existing, contract or any other agreement with a Lobbyist for the purpose of Lobbying without first securing the express authorization of the Governor’s Office, as indicated in writing by the appropriate Cabinet Secretary.
There is hereby declared a disaster emergency caused by severe winter weather in 47 Oklahoma counties due to severe winter weather, freezing rain and snow beginning October 26, 2020 and continuing has caused damage to public and private properties and utilities, including electric systems, within the State of Oklahoma; and said damages have caused an undue hardship on the citizens of this State.

Hereby declare that there is a state of emergency continuing statewide in the State of Oklahoma due to severe weather and flooding. The temporary suspension as they apply to vehicles in the support efforts.
